A woodcutter. A grove. A dead body. Three witnesses.
The Bandit‘s voice “I killed him!”
His wife‘s voice “I killed him!”
The Samurai declares, “I killed myself!”
But the Woodcutter says, “They all lie!”
Four people. Four truths. How many lies?
A play within a play, within a play.
But who is the ‘actor’?
The mind cannot comprehend that lying is human nature. “Isn’t it?”
